Our group classes are 45-minute, full-body reformer workouts designed to strengthen, sculpt, and challenge the body through slow, controlled movement and intentional pacing. Each class combines core stability, endurance, balance, and strength training in a high-intensity, low-impact format that is effective and approachable for all levels.

The studio features 12 reformers, creating an energetic group environment while still allowing instructors to provide personalized cueing and form corrections throughout class. With consistency, clients naturally improve strength, stamina, control, and body awareness over time.
If you have any injuries, physical limitations, or modifications to consider, please let your instructor know before class so they can guide you appropriately. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or under medical care, we recommend consulting your physician prior to participating.
