Booking Policy
Reservations
All classes must be reserved in advance through our booking platform. Spots are confirmed once payment or membership credit is applied. We recommend booking early as classes fill quickly.
Cancellation
Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Any cancellation, class change, or reschedule made within the 12-hour window will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
No-Show
Reserved spots that are missed without prior cancellation will result in a $20 no-show fee charged to the card on file. If you experience an emergency, please contact the studio directly.
Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after class begins, you will be considered a no-show and your spot may be released to a waitlisted client. New clients should arrive 10 minutes early for orientation.
Waitlist
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. As spots open, clients are added in order of position. If you are added within the 12-hour cancellation window, the late cancellation policy still applies.
Refunds
All purchases — memberships, packages, and single classes — are final sale and non-refundable.
